Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Standard Shipping across India takes 3–8 business days after dispatch; remote locations may take a little longer.

Shipping charge is by order weight and is shown at checkout before you pay: up to 3 kg ₹99 · 3–6 kg ₹199 · 6–9 kg ₹299 · 9–12 kg ₹399 · 12–16 kg ₹499 · 16–20 kg ₹599.

Spare parts are model-specific – please match your appliance model before ordering (WhatsApp +91 81469 13127 if unsure). Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is damaged in transit, defective on first use, or different from what you ordered. Parts that are correct as ordered but do not fit your appliance, or that have been installed or used, are not returnable. If the problem is our error we pay the return courier or arrange a pickup; otherwise the customer bears the return shipping cost.
