Sparemaster (NEW JASPAL ELECTRICALS, Shop No. 101-102, Sector 38-C, Chandigarh 160014 – GSTIN 04AYFPS2446H1ZF) ships to all serviceable PIN codes in India. We do not ship outside India.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you within 2 business days and offer a full refund or a replacement date.
Every order is shipped with a GST invoice as per Indian tax regulations. Orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel if items are stocked at different locations.

Delivery time

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote and North-East locations may take a few days longer. Delivery times depend on the courier and are indicative.

Up to 3 kg – ₹99
3 kg to 6 kg – ₹199
6 kg to 9 kg – ₹299
9 kg to 12 kg – ₹399
12 kg to 16 kg – ₹499
16 kg to 20 kg – ₹599

Payment

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express) and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with the courier name and tracking number by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also track your order from the Track Your Order section on our website.

Damaged or wrong item

Please check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery on +91 81469 13127 or sparemaster.in@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund (see our Return & Refund Policy).
