This policy applies to all purchases made on www.sparemaster.in, operated by NEW JASPAL ELECTRICALS (Proprietor: Dilpreet Singh), Shop No. 101-102, Sector 38-C, Chandigarh 160014, India. GSTIN: 04AYFPS2446H1ZF.

When you can return: You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged in transit, defective / not working on first use, or different from what you ordered. Spare parts are model-specific – please check the model number before ordering. Parts that are correct as ordered but do not fit your appliance, and parts that have been installed, used or modified, are not returnable. Special-order items are not returnable unless defective.

How to request a return: Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp/phone +91 81469 13127 or email sparemaster.in@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will confirm the return within 2 business days and tell you how to send the item back. Please keep the item in its original packaging with the invoice. If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we pay the return courier cost or arrange a pickup. In other approved cases the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds: Once the returned item reaches us and is checked (usually within 2 business days of receipt), the refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. You may choose a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

Cancellations: You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process above.

Manufacturer warranty: Where a brand offers its own warranty on a part, warranty claims are handled as per that brand’s warranty terms; we will help you with the process.
