www.sparemaster.in (“the Website”) is owned and operated by NEW JASPAL ELECTRICALS, a proprietorship of Dilpreet Singh, having its place of business at Shop No. 101-102, Sector 38-C, Chandigarh 160014, India (GSTIN 04AYFPS2446H1ZF), referred to below as “Sparemaster”, “we”, “us” or “the Seller”. By using this Website or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Products. We sell genuine spare parts and accessories for home appliances of brands including Philips, Havells, Symphony, Maharaja Whiteline, Sujata and Inalsa. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible spare parts; Sparemaster is not the manufacturer of these brands’ products. Product images are for reference. Spare parts are model-specific – please check the model number and description before ordering. Any assistance we give in choosing a part is advisory only.

Pricing and tax. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. A GST invoice is issued with every order. We may correct pricing or listing errors; if the price of an item you ordered was shown incorrectly we will inform you and offer a full refund or the option to proceed at the correct price.

Orders and payment. An order is confirmed only when payment is received and we send an order confirmation. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if the delivery address is not serviceable.

Shipping. We ship within India only. Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty and liability. Where a manufacturer provides a warranty on a part, the warranty is that of the manufacturer and is subject to its terms. Other than as required by law, we give no additional warranty. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Privacy. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chandigarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
