Shipping charge is by order weight and is shown at checkout before you pay: up to 3 kg ₹99 · 3–6 kg ₹199 · 6–9 kg ₹299 · 9–12 kg ₹399 · 12–16 kg ₹499 · 16–20 kg ₹599.

Payment: UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Tracking details are sent by email/WhatsApp after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy page for full details.

Spare parts are model-specific – please match your appliance model before ordering (WhatsApp +91 81469 13127 if unsure). Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item is damaged in transit, defective on first use, or different from what you ordered. Report it with photos/video to +91 81469 13127 or sparemaster.in@gmail.com.

Parts that are correct as ordered but do not fit your appliance, or that have been installed or used, are not returnable. If the problem is our error we pay the return courier or arrange a pickup; otherwise the customer bears the return shipping cost.
